How it works
No boards to build, no template to pick. Make a household, invite the people in it, and add the day.
Name it, pick your avatar, and you get a six-character invite code and a QR to share. Partner scans it, they're in — same household, same day, same list.
Type an event or task in a few taps, or say it out loud and let AI draft it. Assign it to one person, or leave it for everyone.
Home shows today as an arc and a timeline, marks what's live, and flags anything that clashes. Reminders land on the phone of whoever it's for.
The part no other planner does
Family Spot compares every event and open task that shares a person — including the ones marked Everyone or Unassigned. When two land on top of each other you get a flag on Home, an amber card on the timeline, and one tap to fix whichever side should move.

Dots show whose day it is. Tap a date for that day's list, swipe for the next month. Repeats are expanded across the whole view, so a Tuesday six weeks out looks like the real Tuesday.

No. The household, the plan, and the alerts work for everyone on the free tier. Pro unlocks voice capture, Plan with AI, and phone-calendar sync for the account that buys it.
It's turned into text so the AI can draft cards from it, then the recording is dropped — it isn't kept in your history or attached to the event.
No handover, no admin console. Family Spot reads the calendars already on the phone, with your permission, and copies upcoming events into the household plan. Stop the sync and the copies go — your own calendar is untouched.
